Using CannIcheck

Grading

  1. How is grading measured?
    1. Grading is measured by an algorithm set in 50k increments, this algorithm is dynamic and will take into account variables as they are introduced into the system. All changes to the algorithm will be announced in appropriate detail.
  2. Can I change my grade?
    1. Currently, the only way to increase your grade is by paying all outstanding invoices or collecting on all outstanding invoices.
  3. What does the grading reflect?
    1. First let's start with what it does not reflect, and that is whether a company can pay or not pay, it is a tool to evaluate risk based on information provided to our system. Now let's address what it does reflect currently in our systems. It reflects reported outstanding invoice amounts that then translates into the CannnICheckᵀᴹ grading System.

Membership

  1. Basic Membership - 30 days free, then $24.99 a month.

  1. Medium Business Membership $200 a month or $1700 for the year
    1. This allows you to see your profile with the following information
      1. How many times they were searched(data)
      2. What their grade is (data)
      3. Search a business (50 searches a month)
      4. Report a transaction (50 reports a month)
      5. Transactions to date(data)
      6. Outstanding transactions(data)
  1. Enterprise Business Membership $250 a month or $2200 for the year
    1. This allows you to see your profile with the following information
      1. How many times they were searched(data)
      2. What their grade is (data)
      3. Search a business (unlimited searches a month)
      4. Report a transaction (unlimited reports a month)
      5. Transactions to date(data)
      6. Outstanding transactions(data)

Hassle Calls

  1. What are Hassle Calls?
    1. When a past due invoice has not been resolved and has been reported through CannICheckᵀᴹ, members of CannICheckᵀᴹ can seek the services of hassle calls. These calls will start with one or two a day and extend to high volume outreaches until the invoice is resolved. Collections services are not yet implemented but are being created and licensed through the appropriate channels by state.

Data

  1. What is the data collected used for
    1. The data CannICheckᵀᴹ collects, is used to determine grades of companies and report back the information to members of CannICheckᵀᴹ.
  2. Will our data be sold to third party companies
    1. Your data will not be sold to any third party companies and will be used solely for the CanICheck platform and its affiliate companies.
  3. Can we get a copy of our data
    1. We are implementing a monthly digital and paper statement in the near future!
